The staff are truly gems!! My cat has had very severe reoccurring ear infections that affect her vestibular functions and it’s incredibly scary to see her in pain! The staff is so quick to get her the help she needs before it becomes permanent damage. I cannot thank this vet clinic enough for taking such good care of my Honey Bun! I would have a difficult time taking her somewhere else because I know they treat her with so much love and care at Zia! Thank you to all the staff members for doing such an amazing job! Honey says thank you as well!

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they were able to get my cat in quickly during an emergency, which I greatly appreciated. The pricing was very fair, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The veterinarian was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to clearly explain my cat's condition as well as preventive measures for the future. As an added bonus, the drive out into the country was peaceful and enjoyable. I highly recommend this clinic for their excellent care, professionalism, and genuine concern for both pets and their owners.

Very nice staff, but my dog really didn't like the doctor. I've never seen him react that negatively to anyone right off the bat, (except children - he was a rescue, and who knows what kids did to him) before she got anywhere near him. Only other time was when I was at the patio of Little Toad and a guy stopped and looked at him from 10 feet away and Romie started growling. I thought Romie might have sensed the guy had been drinking or something. My husband transitioned into Heaven a year ago March 1st and I was really feeling overwhelmed. I started crying in the exam room trying to explain that Romie was with my husband alone for several hours (I was in Tuscon, studying ministry) before he was found. I promised Jack I'd take care of his dog, but I know he didn't like doctors and wouldn't approve of me going broke to keep Romie alive if his quality of life is poor. They charged me $508.01. $122.47 of that for a prescription I could have gotten online for $22. I called as soon as I got home and checked prices online and asked if I could return it, but the answer was no. I haven't even taken them out of the bag, I just put it immediately in the fridge. The other meds were $37.81 and I saw them for $10-15 less online. I didn't ask them to fill the prescriptions, they just did it and I felt like I had to accept it. When I called, I broke down in tears again. Gwen very nicely told me in the future I could always decline. I wish they had told me then! My income is not great. I feel like I should have shopped around more. Edit: I'm adding a star because their prescription food for Romie was a little bit cheaper than Chewy.
